Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions before accessing our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing any packages. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms.

Services and Packages

Packages: Skin First offers a variety of treatment packages, each with a validity period of 12 months. These packages are non-transferable and are to be utilised by the purchaser only.

Booking and Cancellations: We operate on an appointment only basis and suggest booking well in advance. For cancellations or rescheduling, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid charges. Late cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of $50. If booked in for a prepaid treatment, late cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiting of the treatment.

Refund Policy

In line with Australian Consumer Law, Skin First provides refunds for services and products that are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description. If a service has been provided, we will offer a remedy if the service did not meet the acceptable standards of skill or care or was not completed within a reasonable time. This may include offering to re-perform the service or providing a partial or full refund for services not yet rendered.

Unused treatments within a package may be exchanged for other services of equivalent value, subject to availability and discretion. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Privacy and Consent

Consent Forms: Prior to receiving any treatment, clients must complete a consent form detailing treatment nature, associated risks, and client consent.

Privacy of Information: We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal data. Information collected for treatment purposes is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required under Australian law.

Credit Card Details: Credit card information is required for booking appointments and is securely stored, being charged only as per our cancellation policy or with explicit consent for treatment/package payments.

Photo Release

Clients may be asked for consent to use before-and-after photographs or videos for promotional or educational purposes. Participation is voluntary, and clients have the right to refuse without affecting their treatment. All materials used will comply with privacy laws and respect the client's wishes regarding anonymity.

Use of Products and Services

Our services and products are for personal use. Clients should follow professional advice when using our products. We must be informed of any allergies or skin conditions beforehand. Skin First cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed information.

Adverse Reactions

Notify Skin First immediately in the event of an adverse reaction for appropriate advice and support. While we ensure the highest safety and care standards, we cannot be held liable for reactions when treatments are performed according to professional standards.

General Provisions

Amendments: We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time, with the latest version superseding all previous versions.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
